Honey Chicken - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. butter
1 (2 lb.) chicken, disjointed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Melt butter in foil-lined 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place chicken in butter and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Blend remaining salt, honey, mustard and lemon juice.
Brush 1/2 honey mixture on chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken; brush with remaining honey mixture.
Bake 20 minutes longer until tender. Makes 4 servings.
