Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. flour
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. butter or shortening
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and eggs; add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk and vanilla.
    Mix well; add peanut butter. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
    Frost with Peanut Butter Frosting.
