Shrimp Pilau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices beef bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 c. raw shrimp
Preparation
    Clean, devein and boil shrimp.
    Fry bacon.
    Remove from skillet.
    In the remaining bacon grease, fry onions over low flame until transparent.
    Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
    Add seasonings, rice, shrimp and crumbled bacon.
    Put into 1-quart casserole and cover.
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 45 minutes. Stir with fork 2 or 3 times.
