Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    as many potatoes as needed, cut into wedges
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. corn meal
Preparation
    Mix milk and
    eggs.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Dip potatoes in liquid,
    then
    in flour.
    Repeat process.
    Place on greased baking sheet
    and
    drizzle butter over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
