Ingredients

5 to 7 medium oranges or 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges and 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen berries
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In a 2 cup measure, stir sugar into warm water.
Put all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
Pour into loaf pan; cover and freeze 4 to 5 hours.
Transfer to large chilled bowl. Beat with mixer on medium for 2 minutes or until fluffy.
Return mixture to loaf pan; cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm. Let stand 20 minutes at room temperature before serving.
