Country-Style Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. each: basil leaves and oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 chicken breasts, split about 1 1/2 lb.
    1/4 c. dry white wine or apple juice
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a heavy 2-quart saucepan, melt butter.
    Meanwhile, on piece of wax paper, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt.
