Parmesan American Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    4 unpeeled large russet potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease cookie sheet.
    In small bowl, combine cheese and salt.
    Brush potato wedges with margarine; place on greased cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle wedges with cheese mixture to coat.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 32 appetizers.
