Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced cooked chicken
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. fine noodles (raw)
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Put all ingredients (except cheese and noodles) in slow cooker.
    Stir; cover and cook 7 hours.
    Put noodles in pan and pour chicken mixture over noodles.
    Sprinkle with cheese; dot with butter.
    Brown lightly in oven.
