Baked Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
Preparation

Beat egg with a fork; add sugar, salt and vanilla.
Add cold milk
and stir until mixed.
Pour into large baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg and place in oven at 350\u00b0 until thick and top browns.
