Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boneless chicken breasts, halved
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 small clove garlic
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. Puritan oil
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 slice Swiss cheese per breast
Preparation
    Pound chicken between pieces of waxed paper real thin.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Take margarine, parsley and garlic and spread thin into a dish and freeze.
    When frozen, remove and cut into 6 cubes.
    Place 1 cube in each breast half with 1 slice Swiss cheese.
    Fold 2 short sides, then roll up and secure with a toothpick.
    Beat eggs with water and oil.
    Roll chicken cylinder into beaten eggs, then roll in bread crumbs.
    Chill thoroughly. (Can be prepared the night before.)
    Fry in deep fat.
