Oven Roasted Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 baking potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Scrub potatoes, leaving skins on.
Cut lengthwise 6 to 8 wedges.
In small bowl, combine oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Toss potato wedges into seasoned oil.
Place wedges on foil lined pan and bake about 35 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven.
Turn once while baking.
