Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
4 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1/4 c. diced sweet pickles
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 c. diced bell pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. diced ham (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. pickle juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 jar pimentos
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Chill and serve as main dish for luncheon or side dish with another meat.
