Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced yellow squash, cooked
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled fine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mash cooked squash.
    Combine with onions, green pepper, salt and pepper.
    Beat egg slightly and mix with sugar and milk.
