Leaf Lettuce Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. bacon grease
2 chopped green onions

Preparation

Mix all ingredients but onions in small saucepan; cook on low until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add onions just before pouring on lettuce.
This dressing should be made just before serving or it tends to wilt lettuce.
