Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
3 medium onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1/2 lb. diced Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Cook, debone and cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
Cook noodles in the broth the chicken was cooked in, adding water, if necessary.
Melt margarine in skillet.
Saute onions, green pepper and celery in margarine. Add milk, mushroom soup and mushrooms. Add cheese and mix well. Add noodles and chicken.
Pour into casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
