Uncle Earl'S Health Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 c. water
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. quick oatmeal
    2 c. all-bran
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. honey
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Boil the raisins and water 5 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Mix by hand all other ingredients.
    Add cooled raisins. Spoon into greased and floured bread tins. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 3 loaves.
