Mexicali Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans red kidney beans, drained, washed and drained again
    1 c. sliced radishes
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    2 medium or 1 large cucumber, sliced thin or cubed
    2 c. tomatoes, cubed fairly small
    2 avocados, sliced thin or cubed
    2 c. chopped green onions
    enough shredded lettuce to cover salad (about 1-inch covering)
    1 to 2 c. shredded cheese (low-fat Cheddar)
    chopped black olives and sliced jalapeno peppers (optional)
    1 bottle fat-free Ranch dressing
    Doritos chips
Preparation
    Layer ingredients as listed in large bowl (or container). After lettuce is added, drizzle dressing over top.
    Completely cover (this will drain through veggies).
    After chilling for an hour, add cheese to top and garnish with olives, peppers and paprika and crushed chips around to edge of salad.
    Serves a bunch.
    Serve with remaining chips.
