Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs, cut in pieces
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown spareribs on all sides.
    Brown onion in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly until flavors are blended, about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Pour sauce over spareribs.
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until done at 350\u00b0.
