Ethel Whitt'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, separated
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in blender, except egg whites. Cook mixture in double boiler until thick, stirring several times. Pour into a cooked pie shell.
    Beat egg whites, spread on pie and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes.
