Butternut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick oleo
3 tsp. butternut flavoring
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs one at a time.
Add alternately the milk and the flour.
Add flavoring.
Mix well. Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
