Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie shell, unbaked
1 small onion, sauteed in butter
2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
2 c. cooked ham, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 medium eggs
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 small can Pet milk
Preparation
-
Mix sauteed onion, flour, ham and cheese and spread in pie shell.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the mixture in the pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 35 minutes. Do not overcook.
Let set about 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
