Zucchini Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini
    2 to 3 eggs, separated
    1/2 jar smoky bacon cheese
    1 onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook zucchini until soft, then mash.
    Saute onion with garlic salt in margarine. Add to zucchini with cheese and beaten egg yolks.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle toasted bread crumbs on top.
