Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 stalks celery
1 green pepper
2 large onions
1 1/2 oz. Mexene chili powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano flakes
2 bay leaves
3 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
hot sauce to taste
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Brown ground beef and drain grease.
Cook celery, green pepper and onions; add to beef.
Add rest of ingredients to beef mixture and simmer for 30 minutes.
Yields 1 gallon of sauce.
