Holiday Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. light rum
    2 qt. ginger ale
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 qt. boiling water
    4 c. orange juice
    4 Tbsp. honey
    8 tsp. loose tea or 8 tea bags
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over tea, brew 4 minutes, stir and strain into a large container.
    Add honey and stir to dissolve.
    Add fruit juices and rum.
    Chill.
    When ready to serve, pour into punch bowl and add ginger ale.
    Serves about 40.
