Crawfish Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sliced jalapenos (according to taste)
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 large can cream-style corn
    1 lb. crawfish tails
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and then pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares for serving. Serves 6 to 8.
