Best Loved Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend butter, salt, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and flour to make soft dough.
    Press evenly onto greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden.
    Meanwhile, combine eggs, lemon peel, lemon juice, sugar and 1/4 cup flour; blend until smooth.
    Pour over baked crust.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes, until firm.
    Cool.
    Dust with powdered sugar and slice.
