Stew Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef
    1 pt. frozen whole okra
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 lb. stewed tomatoes
    3 whole, large potatoes
    1 can tomato paste
Preparation
    Slow cook stew beef until tender.
    In separate pot, cook potatoes and okra until done.
    Combine diced potatoes, okra, corn and stewed tomatoes in the pot with the juices of your stew meat. Add tomato paste and simmer for 10 minutes.
