Mexican Corn Bread(Club Member: Brigitte Magee) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 lb. grated cheese
3 chopped jalapeno peppers
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Mix well and bake at 400\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour.
