1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. water
3 c. fresh blueberries
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. (1/2 pt.) heavy cream, whipped
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
