Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

2 c. kraut
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. carrots, grated
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. peppers (1)
1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Let kraut and sugar stand 1/2 hour.
Let salad stand in refrigerator about 12 hours before serving.
