Chicken Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    10 3/4 oz. can tomato sauce
    4 oz. jar mushrooms, drained
    2 medium zucchini
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Skin and cut chicken into chunks.
    Over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in butter until tender.
    Add chicken and cook until browned.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
