Easy Make Ahead Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices firm white bread
4 beaten eggs
8 oz. grated Cheddar
2 2/3 c. milk
salt and pepper
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
tomatoes (optional)
mushrooms
Preparation

Grease large casserole.
Tear and chunk bread.
Put 1/2 of bread in casserole.
Top with cheese.
Add rest of bread.
Mix milk and eggs.
Pour over bread.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour butter over bread.
Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve with salad and fruit.
