Quick Cheese Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small bunch broccoli, cut up or frozen
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. frozen peas (optional)
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook oil, onion and broccoli until tender (about 5 minutes). Add soups and rest of ingredients (except cheese).
    Heat to boiling, reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes; add cheese and serve.
