Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen cubed hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 large sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns.
    Fold all ingredients into a large bowl. Spoon mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
