Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large loaf bread (sourdough is best)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cans minced clams, drained (reserve liquid)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. clam juice
1 tsp. salt
chopped green onions and chopped parsley (to taste)
Preparation

Cut off top loaf (about 1/3) and hollow out remainder.
Mix all ingredients together.
Fill hollow in bread with above mixture and wrap in foil (do not put top on the bread).
Bake 3 hours at 250\u00b0.
Cut top and bread from center of loaf into small pieces for dippers.
You will also need an extra loaf to cut for dippers. Later, break off pieces of the loaf itself.
Eat the whole thing!
