Liver Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 liver, cut up like French fries
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    oil to fry
    catsup
    any remaining meat in camp (bacon, ham, sausage, hamburger, etc.)
    2 to 4 doz. eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    cheese, cubed and sliced (a variety of cheese is great)
    onions, chopped
    garlic, minced
    mushrooms, sliced
    green pepper, chopped
    tomatoes, cut up
Preparation
    Cook
    meat
    and drain grease.
    Saute onions, mushrooms, green pepper
    and
    garlic.
    Add
    meat, except sausage (you can cut up some of the link sausage, but leave some whole to go on top
    for decoration).
    Add
    eggs
    and
    cubed cheese, stirring occasionally. When
    almost
    done,
    add
    tomatoes.
    Put sliced cheese
    on
    top and remove from fire; cover.
    Add hot coals on top
    of
    lid.
    Cook until cheese is melted and slightly brown. Place remaining sausage on top.
    Serve with toast and salsa.
