Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 fresh peaches, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot nectar
Preparation
    Peel peaches and set aside.
    Mix all ingredients except peaches.
    Stir until sugar dissolves.
    Add peaches; churn until frozen.
    Makes 1 gallon.
