Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 tsp. butternut flavoring
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes in skin.
    Cool.
    Skin potatoes.
    Add butter and mash.
    Add sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add milk and flavoring.
    Add cinnamon, more or less to taste, and salt. Pour into 12 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Add marshmallows to top and continue baking until brown.
