French Chocolate Mint Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 single graham crackers, finely crushed
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar (optional)
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter, softened
    2/3 c. granulated sugar
    2 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened baking chocolate
    1/2 tsp. mint extract
    sweetened whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, melted butter and powdered sugar.
    Firmly press over bottom and up sides of 8 or 9-inch pie plate.
    Place in freezer while preparing filling.
