Buttermilk Cornmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 ingredients.
    Mix together the buttermilk, egg and vegetable oil.
    Combine wet and dry ingredients; cook on griddle.
