Pinto Beans With Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
smoked hog jowl (as much as you prefer)
dried pinto beans (as many as it takes)
water (use common sense and add enough so you don't burn your beans)
salt (season them until they're as salty as you want them to be)
Preparation
Look through the beans and pick out all the rocks and rotten looking beans.
Throw that away and wash the good ones at least 2 or 3 times with clean water.
Don't leave any of those beans in my sink for me to have to clean out later.
Drain all the water out and put the beans in a large pot.
Fill it almost to the top with cold water.
Add your cut up meat to the pot.
Bring it to a boil. Cut down to about medium heat and cook until done, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Season with salt and simmer until you're ready to eat.
