Chopped Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    3 eggs, hard-boiled
    1 medium onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook livers 5 to 10 minutes (can do eggs at same time); start with cold water.
    Blend all ingredients, except butter or margarine, in blender until smooth.
    Add butter and blend again. Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with crackers.
