Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. water for yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg dry yeast
    3 c. flour
    1/4 c. oil
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Knead until smooth.
    You can leave overnight in refrigerator.
    Punch down and make into rolls.
    Let rise until nice and high, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Make into 10 inch circle.
    Butter each circle and cut in half.
    Make 6 pie-shaped pieces.
    Start from big end and roll into crescent rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes
