Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter and set aside.
    Mix cheese and sugar.
    Add eggs, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Add flour and cornstarch.
    Add butter and stir.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Bake in ungreased spring-form pan in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven and leave cake in oven for 2 more hours.
    Cool before cutting cake.

    3 hours.
