Squash Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked mashed squash
    3 Tbsp. honey
    3 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
    3/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Cut squash and scoop out seeds.
    Steam or bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until tender.
    Remove skin and mash.
    Mix honey, flour, salt, spices and egg yolks.
    Whip until blended.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
    Fold into squash mix.
    Pour into lightly oiled 1 1/2 quart dish.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until crusty, about 45 minutes.
