Fast Chocolate-Pecan Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c butter or margarine
    3/4 c Hershey's cocoa
    4 c confectioners sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla (pure vanilla extract is best)
    1/2 c evaporated mile
    1 c pecan pieces
    Pecan halves for top decorations-optional
Preparation
    Microwave butter in 2 qt Micro-proof bowl at high (100%) for 1-1 1/2 minutes or until melted.
    Add cocoa, stir until smooth. Stir in confectioners sugar and vanilla, blend well.
    (Mixture may be dry and crumbly.)
    Stir in evaporated milk, microwave at high for one minute; stir.
    Microwave an additional 1 minute or until mixture is hot.
    Stir until smooth; add pecans.
    Pour into foil lined 8 or 9 inch square pan.
    Garnish with pecan halves, if desired.
    Cover; chill until firm, about 1-2 hours.
    Cut into 1 inch squares.
    Store, covered in refrigerator.
