Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. confectioners sugar
    12 oz. peanut butter
    3 sticks margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Put vanilla into margarine; let cool a little.
    Place confectioners sugar and peanut butter in mixing bowl.
    Pour the partially cooled margarine over sugar and peanut butter; mix well.
    Knead like dough.
    Place in long glass baking dish.
    Press mixture very hard into baking dish until all dish bottom is covered and mixture is level.
    Cut into serving squares.
