Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped bell peppers
1 large can whole tomatoes
dash of salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Season flour with salt and pepper; pound flour into steak. Brown meat in oil.
Drain meat.
Set aside.
Crush whole tomatoes in juice in skillet.
Add onion and peppers.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add steak and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve over rice.
