Busy Day Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck, cut into 2-inch pieces
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can consomme
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation
    Combine meat, apple juice, consomme, salt, pepper and onion in a 2-quart casserole.
    Mix flour and crumbs and stir into beef. Bake 3 hours in 300\u00b0 oven.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
