Cheesy Crab Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 baking potatoes
    2 oz. velveeta cheese
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup milk
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1/8 tsp. red pepper (optional)
    1 can crabmeat (drained)
    pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and rub skins with oil.
    Bake until tender (or microwave.)
    Cut potatoes in half, and scoop out inside into a mixing bowl.
    Add cheese, butter, milk, onions and red pepper. Drain crab and pick out any shells.
    Add crab to potato mixture and mash together.
    Stuff potato shells.
    Sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
    Bake in 350 degree oven until hot. (About 25 minutes.) Serve as a meal or with charcoaled steaks.
    Serves 4.
